The Brown Explorers were founded in 2021 in Detroit to provide at risk children with the opportunity to learn by traveling. It offers educational workshops to improve mental, physical, and financial health, monthly field trips around Detroit, parent workshops, trips throughout the United States, as well as international travel. The organization also offers participants ways to develop and participate in fundraising activities and eventopportunities to finance their travel experiences.
