Packard Health, which is based in Ann Arbor and has an office in Ypsilanti, is a nonprofit organization that promotes access to health and wellness for families in Washtenaw County. Since 1973, it has been dedicated to serving the medical needs of community residents. The organization provides high-quality, affordable primary care and mental health care, complemented by a range of fully integrated support services that welcomes everyone including those without means to seek adequate health care. Packard Health services include primary care for the whole family, women’s health, prenatal care, behavioral health, chronic disease management, and telehealth, among others. In 2019, Packard Health completed 34,300 primary care patient visits. In addition, Packard Health is implementing a scheduling process for COVID-19 testing and is working to obtain a supply of vaccines for patients.
