Global Ties Dinner 2021

Global Ties Detroit hosted its annual dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at The Edsel and Eleanor Ford House’s New Lakeshore Room in Grosse Pointe Shores to support the organization’s international exchange programs. Guests enjoyed dinner and two featured speakers — Jeff Nelson, executive vice president at Detroit-based Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) and CEO of S3 International; and Fayrouz Saad, director of public engagement at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The panel discussion centered on the importance of international exchange and citizen diplomacy across the public and private sectors.
