Distinguished Grand Jester’s Reception 2025

The Parade Co., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Detroit, hosted its 2025 Distinguished Grand Jester’s Reception on Sept. 9 at the Huntington Tower in downtown Detroit. The event celebrated and benefitted the Distinguished Clowns who have marched in America’s Thanksgiving Parade Presented by Gardner White for more than 40 years. Guests enjoyed drinks, networking, and remarks from area leaders including 2025 Distinguished Grand Jester Duane Mewza and Parade Co. President and CEO Tony Michaels. This year’s parade will be held on Nov. 27 along a three-mile stretch of Woodward Avenue. // Photographs by Patrick Gloria
