Defeat MSA Alliance in St. Clair Shores is a 501(c)(3) charity that supports patients, educates medical professionals, raises public awareness, nurtures promising research, and advocates for people with multiple system atrophy, a rare condition of the nervous system that causes gradual damage to nerve cells in the brain. Defeat MSA Alliance is staffed entirely by volunteers. The organization also works to develop research into treatments and slowing MSA and advance the interests of all people challenged by MSA.
