Dancing for the Survivors 2021

The Pink Fund hosted its Dancing for the Survivors event on Friday, Oct. 1, at Campus Martius Park in downtown Detroit to kickoff Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The fundraising and awareness event featured dance performances by ConteXture Dance Detroit, Madonna University Muse Dance Ensemble, and The Turning Pointe School for the Performing Arts. Alongside dance performances, live music was provided by Ben Sharkey and DJ Invisible. Funds raised from the event go directly to The Pink Fund, which provides 90-day non-medical cost-of-living expenses to breast cancer patients in active treatment.
