Pantero Inc. in Troy Acquires Livonia-based Packaging Solutions Company

Pantero Inc. in Troy, a packaging and warehouse solutions company, has announced its acquisition of another packaging company, Inspired Packaging Solutions in Livonia, to expand and diversify its packaging automation and material handling solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Pantero Inc. in Troy, a packaging and warehouse solutions company, has announced its acquisition of another packaging company, Inspired Packaging Solutions in Livonia, to expand and diversify its packaging automation and material handling solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Inspired Packaging Solutions has a wealth of experience in packaging and material handling automation and equipment, bringing Pantero a whole new set of capabilities that we can now offer to our customers,” says Andrew Reid, director of operations at Pantero. “At the same time, we can offer their clients a larger range of packaging materials and supplies. We are excited to bring our teams together to better serve our customers.”

Pantero provides advanced material handling and packaging to the packaging and warehouse industry in southeast Michigan. Some notable solutions Pantero provides includes carton packing and stretch wrap machines, conveyor systems and material handling equipment, and warehouse shelving, flow racks, and safety gates.

Other than providing advanced automation systems, Pantero also offers a variety of design and installation services in effort to create a warehouse best suited for the packaging automation systems.

Founder of Inspired Packaging Solutions Joe Santana will continue to work for the newly combined company of Pantero as manager of packaging and equipment handling.
