The Agency, a global real estate brokerage firm, today announced the launch of a new franchise office in Birmingham by combining forces with Hall & Hunter Realtors to create The Agency Hall & Hunter. The office will be led by managing partners Brad and Ryan Wolf.

The new location is The Agency’s 32nd franchise in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe, and marks its first-ever office in the Midwest.

Hall & Hunter Realtors was founded in 1954. In 1982, Dennis Wolf, Brad and Ryan’s father, acquired the company and its 10 agents. Since then, Hall & Hunter has grown to include more than 90 real estate professionals.

Brad Wolf is a graduate of Northwood University in Midland, and following graduation he was employed by a local marketing firm before joining his family’s real estate company, Hall & Hunter Realtors, as a sales agent in 1997.

Over the last 25 years, Brad has served on the company’s advisory board, developed an in-house marketing department, and implemented technology, all while maintaining a position as a top producer.

In the mid-2000s, Brad became a member of the management team, assisting with strategically recruiting, retaining agents, staffing, forecasting, and goal setting. Brad obtained his broker’s license in 2010 and added the position of managing broker to his role within the company.

“We are so thrilled to share with you the exciting next chapter in the nearly 70-year story of Hall & Hunter,” says Brad Wolf.

Ryan Wolf, managing partner of The Agency Hall & Hunter, began working at Hall & Hunter as a sign installer during high school. From there, he attended Indiana University, after which his first job was in the real estate title insurance industry, followed by a position in mortgage banking for 12 years. In 2015, he began delving into real estate. Today, he is recognized as one of the region’s premier real estate professionals.

“Together, we will provide our clients with extensive local knowledge, personalized concierge service, cutting-edge technology, creative marketing, and access to a vast global network,” says Ryan Wolf.

The Agency Hall & Hunter is located at 442 S. Old Woodward Ave.

“We’re delighted to begin The Agency’s expansion into the Midwest and partner with leading industry professionals Brad Wolf and Ryan Wolf on our first-ever franchise in Michigan,” says Mauricio Umansky, founder and CEO of The Agency. “Brad and Ryan are accomplished brokers with a shared vision of collaboration and providing the best-in-class service to clients.”

Since its inception in 2011, The Agency has modernized and advanced the real estate industry by fostering a culture of partnership in which all clients and listings are represented in a collaborative environment.

As a result, agents share knowledge, spheres of influence, contacts, and expertise. The Agency states it has closed some $41 billion in real estate transactions since its inception and has more than 900 agents in 50-plus offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe.
