Office Evolution, a provider of locally owned and operated flexible workspaces based in Louisville, Colo., has opened a new location in Troy on Big Beaver Road.
The facility, at 801 W. Big Beaver Rd., Suite 300, is owned by local husband-and-wife team Brandon and Colleen Budde. Spanning 13,000 square feet, Office Evolution of Troy offers a variety of workspace options, making the space available to a diverse community of local entrepreneurs.
“Organizations large and small are pivoting towards business centers like Office Evolution to provide more flexibility while still maintaining access to all of the creature comforts and amenities of a larger office space, says Colleen Budde.”
She says Office Evolution’s national network of 73 locally operated business centers in 25 states has provided remote workers and business owners alike with access to affordable workspaces close to home with flexible terms.
The new business center includes three conference rooms, 64 dedicated individual office spaces, and a podcast suite. Members based out of Troy also have access to the entire Office Evolution network, a key benefit when there is a need to travel.
“We’re very happy to see our new Troy location in the hands of a dynamic, entrepreneurial couple like Colleen and Brandon,” says Jason Anderson, president of Office Evolution. “Their collective experiences, determination, and desire to support their members are all the ingredients they need to be successful.”
Office Evolution is part of the United Franchise Group coworks division, which provides one of the largest privately owned affiliated coworking network of flexible office space franchises in the world.
