Adam Electronics in Madison Heights Acquires Auburn Hills’ MADE Electronics

Adam Electronics in Madison Heights, a minority-certified electronic manufacturing and technology solutions provider, has acquired MADE Electronics in Auburn Hills. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MADE now will be called “MADE Electronics, an Adam Electronics Company.” This move  reinforces Adam Electronics’ commitment to its customers and its community.

Adam Electronics’ family of companies include Sigma International in Plymouth Township, which provides exterior and interior trim for the automotive industry.

The addition of MADE Electronics is intended to create an alliance that combines the expertise, resources, and global networks of these three entities, with the consortium positioned to drive innovation, foster diversity, and deliver to customers worldwide.
