Douglas A. Dozeman has been elected managing partner of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.
Dozeman, of Grand Rapids, will serve a two-year term in his new role and will chair the firm’s management committee and guide its strategic direction and growth.
With more than 30 years of experience, Dozeman concentrates his practice in complex business litigation and represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Grand Rapids Bar Association.
He has also served on the faculty of the Hillman Advocacy Program. Dozeman serves on the boards of the Hope Housing Commission and the Right Place and is the immediate past chairman of the board of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dozeman earned his undergraduate degree from Calvin College and his juris doctor from Wayne State University Law School.
