Smile America Partners, the Farmington Hills-based Dental Service Organization (DSO) specializing in portable and mobile dentistry, has promoted of Justin Weinger to senior vice president of accounting, finance, and strategy.
A Novi resident, Weinger joined the organization in 2019 as the director of strategy and finance.
“Justin has demonstrated tremendous leadership and analytical insight,” says Steve Higginbotham, CEO of Smile America Partners. “He’s played a key role in our organization, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. I look forward to continuing to work alongside him in his new and expanded role as senior vice president.”
Weinger has nearly 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, specializing in budgeting, profitability, and forecasting. Prior to joining Smile America Partners, he served as the senior manager of an automotive lighting company. Weinger earned a BBA in finance and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Dearborn.
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Smile America Partners team over the past four years,” says Weinger. “It’s been rewarding to play a role in helping underserved children across the country get much needed dental care at school.”
