The Solomon Organization, a family-owned property developer based in Summit, N.J., has promoted Scott Snow, who oversees the Michigan region, to managing director, the most senior staff level in the organization.

“Scott Snow has continually proven his leadership in Michigan.” says Andrew Rosen, executive managing director of the Solomon Organization.  “Our business expansion has been pivotal to their professional growth with us.  The same can be said of Jeremy Oakden and Phil Morse in our construction department, who have overseen the renovations of thousands of apartment homes across many states.”

Solomon is also promoting six other team members whose tenures range from five to 17 years to senior-level positions in recognition of professional achievements as the 45-year-old multifamily developer scales its operations.

Leda Rios, who oversees the Southeast region, also has been named managing director. Promotions to associate director include Anna Evans, human resources director; Jeremy Oakden, Mark Nguyen, and Phil Morse from the company’s construction division; and Ryan Henderson, who oversees Solomon’s Northeast region.

“We are recognizing and rewarding the leaders who are driving and enabling our expansion,” says Zach Solomon, executive managing director of the Solomon Organization. “As such, these promotions are a window into the workings and the status of our company; its growth, its value-added investment strategy, strong central operations, diversity, and most of all, its people-focused culture that offers pathways and rewards to committed team members. Servicing our communities and residents will always be our everyday focus, but it’s our people at Solomon that makes our overall business successful.”
