Howard & Howard, a business law firm headquartered in Royal Oak, announced Ali A. Fardoun will join the firm’s business and corporate law group and practice out of the firms home base.
In his role, he will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He joins Howard & Howard with diverse experiences in both transactional and commercial litigation matters.
“Ali will be another great addition to our business and corporate team,” says Mark Ryerson, chair of the firm’s business and corporate practice group. “We’re excited to have him aboard and believe his cross-disciplinary viewpoint will be truly beneficial to our clients.”
During law school, he completed an internship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Michigan. He also completed a judicial externship in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan in the chambers of the Hon. George Caram Steeh.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
