The NorthStar Care Community in Ann Arbor named Paul Gray as vice president and chief strategy officer.
Gray serves as a member of the executive team, where he will help shape and execute the initiatives of NorthStar Care Community. In this role, he will focus on the organization’s national work with NorthStar Solutions Group, as well as NorthStar Palliative Care, medical affairs, and the We Honor Veterans program.
Prior to this role, Gray served as COO for Centrica Care Navigators – a Kalamazoo-based not-for-profit hospice and the most recent organization to affiliate with the NorthStar Care Community.
During his six-year tenure at Centrica, he helped identify and cultivate new leaders for the organization. Gray’s other experience includes Spectrum Health (now Corewell Health) where he began his career as a registered nurse and worked his way to become director of operations.
“I’m excited to be part of the NorthStar Care Community. I love the national scope of work that the NorthStar Solutions Group has initiated to protect the not-for-profit hospice mission,” says Gray. “This is important work, and I am honored to be part of their continued success.”
Gray received an associate degree in nursing from West Shore Community College in Scottville and earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from American Sentinel College of Nursing & Health Science in Aurora, Colo.
