Lino Realty Inc. in Clinton Township has announced the successful completion of an off-market lease transaction between the Industrial Sewing and Innovation Center (ISAIC) and the College for Creative Studies (CCS) for approximately 28,000 square feet at the A. Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education in Detroit.
The new space will serve as ISAIC’s next phase of growth, supporting expanded apparel manufacturing, advanced pilot program innovation, workforce development, and training operations within the city. The long-term lease enables ISAIC to scale its mission-driven programming while remaining closely aligned with Detroit’s creative, manufacturing and design ecosystem.
The 28,000-square-foot lease transaction was brokered by Michael Scamardella, partner and principal of Lino Realty Inc., with no other brokers involved. The lease was completed off market following an extended, collaborative process between ISAIC and CCS.
“This project reflects the kind of thoughtful, mission-aligned Detroit real estate work that can meaningfully support organizational collaboration and industry growth,” says Scamardella. “It’s been a privilege to work alongside ISAIC and CCS on a space that will have lasting impact.”
