Horizon Global Corp., a towing and trailoring equipment manufacturer in Troy, has named Jay Goldbaum to the company’s general counsel. Goldbaum will be responsible for leading global corporate development, legal, and compliance functions.

Goldbaum transitions to general counsel from his previous position as legal director for the company. Prior to joining Horizon Global, Goldbaum served TriMas Corp. as associate general counsel.

Goldbaum earned his JD from Michigan State University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford.
