Karen Baldwin, senior vice president and director of human resources at Greenleaf Trust in Birmingham, successfully passed the DiversityFIRST certification program and examination administered by the National Diversity Council (NDC) and has been awarded the NDC Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP) designation.

The DiversityFIRST program aims to prepare professionals to create and implement diversity and inclusion strategies for organization excellence. Successful completion of the program includes pre-course readings, a five-day course, and multiple-choice exam.
