Koos will oversee both the Farmington Hills and Grand Rapids locations while managing their respective growth strategies, client relationships, and office talent. She reports to Jeff Diefenbach, senior vice president and managing director.

With the addition of Koos, Burns and Wilcox strengthens its Michigan leadership team that manages personal, commercial, and professional insurance business.
