David Giltner has joined Dominion Real Estate Advisors, a full service commercial real estate firm in Bingham Farms, as senior vice president for brokerage and advisory services.
Giltner brings 30 years of transactional experience to Dominion where he will specialize in representing industrial landlords, corporate tenant-occupiers, and developers throughout southwestern Oakland and western Wayne counties.
During his commercial real estate career, Giltner has represented many clients, including Veritiv Corp., Bluewater Technology, Amson Nassar Development, Stuart Frankel Development Co., Redico, and Kojaian Cos.
Giltner currently serves as the president of the Michigan chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and is a graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing.
