Centria Autism, a Farmington Hills-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, has named Garett Jackson as its new chief financial officer.
Jackson joins Centria with health care leadership and financial experience spanning across multi-site health care organizations, including hospital systems, private equity, and joint ventures. Most recently, he served as CFO of Intuitive Health, multi-site combined ER and urgent care provider, partnering with hospital systems across the United States. During his tenure, Jackson helped shepherd the company through its 2024 sale from Altamont Capital Partners to Great Hill Partners.
Prior to Intuitive Health, Jackson served as senior vice president and CFO of Kindred Healthcare’s hospital division, which operated more than 65 long-term acute care hospitals across the United States and generated more than $2 billion in revenue.
He also has served as a board member for multiple joint ventures between Intuitive Health and hospital systems, as well as an independent board member across several multi-site healthcare organizations. His board experience includes executive compensation, audit, compliance, revenue cycle, organizational design, and operations.

Jackson is a CPA and earned his B.A. in accounting from Bellarmine University.
