Kevin M. Cronin is founder and CEO of Fortaris Capital Advisors, a corporate intelligence and investigations firm serving law firms, private equity firms, family offices, corporations, and international clients nationwide.
A former special agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General, Cronin brings more than 30 years of experience in federal investigations, corporate security, crisis management, and risk management. He has also served as vice president of global crisis management and security for a major e-commerce company.
Today, Cronin leads a national team of former federal investigators, security executives, forensic accountants, and fraud examiners specializing in corporate and white-collar investigations, due diligence, asset tracing, litigation support, and security advisory.
