Power Connections in Commercial Real Estate 2022

Power Connections in Commercial Real Estate took place on June 9 at the Townsend Hotel in downtown Birmingham. The event featured a networking breakfast before a presentation by Derek Dickow on how to build power connections, followed by panel discussions on multi-family housing, retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use space. Other offerings included a keynote presentation by Quentin Messer Jr., CEO of MEDC and chair of the Michigan Strategic Fund, a fireside chat with Joey Agree, president and CEO of Agree Realty Corp. in Bloomfield Hills, and a networking cocktail reception.
