The Motor Guild 2026 Season Opener

The Motor Guild, a private motorsports club at M1 Concourse in Pontiac, officially kicked off the 2026 driving season in partnership with Fratarcangeli Wealth Management in Bloomfield Hills on May 28, ahead of the Detroit Grand Prix. Approximately 200 guests were treated to live entertainment, gourmet food and beverages, and rides around the M1 track courtesy of Cauley Ferrari. Special guests included racing drivers Conor Daly and James Hinchcliffe. In addition, Billy Dec, an award-winning restauranteur, actor, and entrepreneur, along with his culinary team at Sunda New Asian in downtown Detroit, carved a large Bluefin tuna. The event benefited M1 Mobility in Pontiac, part of the Pontiac Community Foundation that provides free transportation to help local seniors, youth, and families access local venues and programs. // Photographs by Patrick Gloria
