Cars and Cigars Smoke Detroit 2021

Cars and Cigars Smoke Detroit happened on June 10, 2021 after missing last year due to COVID-19. Started by Tom Celani and Dario Bergamo in 2014, the seventh iteration of the event at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights started with a car show in the park, along with cigars, appetizers, music, and beverages before a sit-down dinner that featured a charity auction and a speech by Carlito Fuente. Frank Beckmann served as the master of ceremonies. Proceeds from the event benefited the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation and the Celani Family Foundation. These foundations gave the money to the children of the Cigar Family School in the Dominican Republic and underprivileged family and children through Gleaners Community Food Bank and Capuchin Soup Kitchen. // Photographs by Patrick Gloria
