Down a few steps from the sidewalk, Windsor’s most romantic little restaurant offers a cellar-like setting with a handful of tables, each one seemingly in its own niche. Pasta sauces are prepared at table-side to share as an appetizer or as a main course, while other dishes are prepared on the grill behind a lighted butcher case.
