Troy’s Rehmann Purchases Grand Rapids-based Finance Group

Rehmann, a fully integrated professional advisory firm based in Troy, has expanded its finance and accounting client solutions with the acquisition of Grand Rapids-based Rivertown Finance. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rivertown Finance, owned by Roxanne Dudicz, has grown significantly serving the Grand Rapids region for the last 17 years. The firm primarily works with high-net-worth individuals, along with nonprofit and for-profit entities, and provides numerous services, including daily financial management and financial reporting.

“Roxanne and the talented associates at Rivertown Finance are welcome additions to our Rehmann team in Grand Rapids,” says Randy Rupp, CEO of Rehmann. “Bringing together our resources and experience will serve our clients well as we continue with our growth trajectory.”

Rivertown Finance’s clients will gain access to additional services from Rehmann, including outsourcing, tax planning and preparation, and wealth management, among others.
