Prime Concepts Detroit will expand its portfolio of restaurants this fall with the opening of Stoli’s, a modern gathering place located at 6203 Orchard Lake Road (north of W. Maple Road) in West Bloomfield Township.
Named for Stolion “Stoli” Liti, Prime Concepts Detroit’s managing partner, director of operations, and the group’s hospitality expert, Stoli’s pays homage to Liti’s European background, drawing inspiration from the appeal of Italian trattorias, French bistros, and Spanish tascas.
Stoli’s will pair a scratch kitchen built on fresh, organic ingredients with the relaxed vibe of a neighborhood mainstay. The menu includes the Stoli Double Smash Cheeseburger, a creamy carbonara, and a mortadella sandwich finished with a rich mornay sauce. Halal options also will be available.
“I’ve been trying to convince Stoli to do this for years,” says Joe Barbat, CEO and chairman of Barbat Holdings and Prime Concepts Detroit. “He’s the most naturally gifted hospitality professional I’ve ever worked with. It’s who he is, not a job he does.
“His background, where he comes from, the way he makes a room feel: I like to call him Mr. Hospitality because he is the best in the business. I wanted a restaurant built around that. It took a lot of convincing, but we’re here, and I couldn’t be happier that he’s the name and face behind our first Stoli’s.”
The dining room will seat approximately 80 guests and include a dedicated lounge, bar, pool tables and dart boards. Stoli’s will host ongoing programming, including weekly trivia nights, pool leagues, and other unique activations throughout the year.
A 50-seat outdoor patio will offer seasonal dining. Stoli’s will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with brunch served Saturdays and Sundays.
Stoli’s will also offer XIII Hour, a limited late-night dine-in and to-go menu available from 10:30 p.m. until close on Fridays and Saturdays. The XIII Hour menu features comfort combo meals built around Stoli’s burgers, fries, and French dip, with bar service available alongside.
“Hospitality has always been about making people feel like they’re exactly where they’re supposed to be, and that’s the spirit behind Stoli’s,” says Liti. “To have a restaurant carry my name is an incredible honor, but more importantly, it’s a reflection of the relationships we’ve built with our guests over the years.
“The people who have dined with us know the level of hospitality we strive to deliver, and Stoli’s is an opportunity to take that experience even further. We want every guest to walk through our doors feeling like they’re among friends, enjoy an outstanding meal and leave looking forward to their next visit.”
As part of Prime Concepts Detroit’s broader commitment to health and wellness and utilizing quality ingredients, Stoli’s will carry the same culinary standards found throughout the group’s portfolio: no seed oils, high-grade premium meats, organic poultry, and Prime, grass-fed beef.
Additional details, including the official opening date and reservation information, will be announced in the coming weeks.
Prime Concepts Detroit’s restaurants include Aurora Italiana West Bloomfield, Aurora Italiana Commerce Township, Aurora Italiana Detroit, NARA Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse, Prime29 Steakhouse, Sexy Steak and Castle Hall in the Grand Army of the Republic Building, Wabeek Club, and Tribu Mediterranean.
