O2 Investment Partners, a private equity firm in Bloomfield Hills, today announced it has partnered with Centex Construction and its founders Mark Whitehead, Mark Herbert, and David Borne, to support the company’s rapid growth. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
Centex, based northwest of Houston in Tomball, Texas, serves the multi-family facility services market, including renovation, restoration, and maintenance. Centex has a footprint across eight states in the Southeast and Southwest.
Founded in 2016, the company’s customer base includes multi-family property managers and owners in the United States.
