Highstreet Insurance Partners in Traverse City has acquired Flagler Insurance Agency in Palm Beach, Fla. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction adds three offices in Florida to Highstreet’s portfolio — Cape Coral, Clearwater, and Palm Beach — along with an office in Lexington, Ky. Flagler provides commercial, personal, and private client insurance solutions.
In addition, Flagler specializes in serving the equestrian, commercial real estate, and financial services industries.
President Tyler Schapiro will continue to lead the Flagler team in the Palm Beach office, and he will join Highstreet’s Gulf Region, headed by Regional President Vin Stazzone.
