The team behind G&B Hospitality has opened its reimagined sports bar experience, Rochester Hills Social. The showpiece of the menu is “pizza for the table,” where up to an 8-foot-long pizza can be ordered for guests to share.
Chef Goran Dimic and Brandon Gorgies, the owners of Rochester Hills Social, or RH Social, previously operated Naked Burger in the space at 6870 N. Rochester Rd. (north of downtown Rochester), which also was under their ownership. The two own and operate Naked Burger Clinton Township and Berkley Common, as well.
Rochester Hills Social is open seven days a week, serving brunch daily as well as dinner and cocktails. The restaurant has more than a dozen flat screen televisions and airs local and national sporting events.
Menu selections include steak frites, seared salmon, Bolognese, bone-in pork chop, eggplant parmesan, burrata and prosciutto pizza, BBQ nachos, truffle fries, and pepperoni carbonara.
Additionally, RH Social is hosting RH Social Summer, a Wednesday night soirée with a DJ, bottle service, food specials, and more.
“We’ve had this elevated sports bar concept on our minds for some time now. We were scouting different locations then realized the perfect spot was right under our nose. While our Rochester Hills Naked Burger had some great success, we realized (RH Social) better suited the area while the building itself lends well with our expansive bar, upstairs lounge space, plentiful parking, and more,” says Dimic.
The makeover to RH Social from Naked Burger took just under a week — installing signage, upgrading tables, adding televisions, and making decor upgrades.
RH Social’s menu is broken into shareables, pizza, entrees, salads, and handhelds. Brunch starts at 11 a.m. and features savory and sweet dishes as well as fermented dough pizza. The restaurant closes at midnight.
The bar offers a rotating list of 15 beers on draft as well as craft cocktails like smoked old fashioned and juniper’s grove, margaritas, and an expansive wine and bubbly list.
