The Dodge brand of Stellantis in Auburn Hills will debut its all-new battery electric 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona during Friday’s MotorTrend Presents Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge event at M1 Concourse in Pontiac.
Charger Daytona is the world’s quickest and most powerful muscle car, according to the automaker, led by the Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack version.
The next-generation Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack will deliver 670 horsepower and is expected to reach 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds. Electrified models also include the 496-horsepower Dodge Charger Daytona R/T. The new vehicle will be on display for enthusiasts to inspect at Roadkill Nights horsepower festival.
Dodge also will debut the final performance character of the Charger Daytona’s Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust system, which delivers a signature rumble and tactile sound wave output intended to shatter preconceptions of a typical battery electric vehicle.
Now in its ninth year, Roadkill Nights is moving the drag racing off of Woodward Avenue and for the first time bringing the high-octane action inside the M1 Concourse.
The new location offers open, walkable pit areas to allow fans to interact with racers and a viewing area that places event attendees closer to the drag racing action. Also new for 2024, Roadkill Nights attendees can participate in Dodge Hornet Rally Rides, with fans taking the passenger seat for hot laps around a specially built dirt-and-pavement rally course on the M1 Concourse.

Dodge also announced pricing for the Charger Daytona, which is expected to arrive in dealerships in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T will have a starting U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $59,595, and the Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack will start at a U.S. MSRP of $73,190 (all prices exclude $1,995 destination). The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T and the Charger Daytona Scat Pack, the first all-electric vehicles from the Dodge brand, also qualify for a full $7,500 federal tax credit when leased.
