Louisiana-based infrared fitness franchise HOTWORX has added a new location in Ferndale, adding to its Michigan presence that includes studios in Clawson, Northville/Plymouth, Clarkston, Macomb Township, West Bloomfield, and Portage.

Each HOTWORX studio offers members access to infrared sauna workouts — either 15-minute high-intensity intervals or 30-minute isometric sessions — guided by virtual instructors and available 24 hours a day.
