The Henry Ford in Dearborn will unveil DaVinci The Exhibition, an exploration of the life and work of the Renaissance man.
Running from Oct. 26, 2025, to May 3, 2026, at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation, the exhibition will offer visitors an opportunity to step into the world of Leonardo da Vinci and experience his groundbreaking ideas across art, engineering, science, and more.
Featuring more than 65 full-scale inventions and 20-plus fine art studies, the exhibition showcases da Vinci’s mastery and curiosity.
Guests can examine detailed reproductions of his designs for military machines, civil engineering marvels, flying apparatus, musical instruments, and other ingenious creations.
The collection also includes in-depth studies of iconic works such as the Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, and Virgin of the Rocks, as well as explorations of debated works attributed to him.
Each invention on display was handcrafted by skilled artisans, faithfully following da Vinci’s original two-dimensional drawings and modern translations of his Codices — comprehensive volumes of sketches, notes, and ideas that capture the breadth of his genius.
Enlarged illustrations and annotations further illuminate da Vinci’s studies on subjects like the golden ratio and the Vitruvian Man.
DaVinci The Exhibition is produced by Imagine, a leader in immersive storytelling and experiential design, specializing in the development of exhibitions and attractions for museums, studios, IPs, brands, and leisure destinations.

In Related News, The Henry Ford will host Old Car Festival, America’s longest-running antique car show, in Greenfield Village, on Sept. 6-7.
Presented by Hagerty, Old Car Festival brings hundreds of vehicles from the 1890s through 1932 to Greenfield Village.
Guests can expect to walk through the village meeting owners who have preserved their vehicles while listening to the sounds of century-old cars. The experience includes the Pass-in-Review Car Parade and an awards showcase featuring the best restored and unrestored cars on display.
The antique car show brings Ragtime America and the Jazz Age to life with two days of historically inspired street food, music, dancing, and activities. The Gaslight Parade of Cars, dancing with the River Raisin Ragtime Revue, and a Dixieland-style procession will be held Saturday evening.
