Financial Plus Credit Union in Flint and Monroe Community Credit Union have announced their intent to merge. Financial details of the merger were not disclosed.
Pending regulatory and member approval, the partnership will create a combined organization with more than $2 billion in assets. The combined entity is expected to expand opportunities for members while maintaining the personalized service and community connection that have defined both institutions for generations.
