FerndaleHaus, an apartment and retail development located at 430 W. Nine Mile Road, is now open and is accepting tenants. The location one block west of Woodward Avenue offers 106 luxury apartments including studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and penthouses with 500-square-foot private decks. Retail and office space is located on the first and second floors.

Amenities include a sky deck overlooking downtown, a resident club house with a media workspace lounge, a fitness center, storage areas, onsite parking with electric car charging stations, and internet. Units range from 550-1,800 square feet.

Residents will be close to dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations. One of the one-bedroom apartments is currently available for $1,310 per month.

The development was made possible by the city of Ferndale, Michigan Economic Development Corp., TCF Bank, Designhaus architecture, and Jonna Construction. The development team included Gaal Karp, Ed Siegel, and Arbor Investment Group.

The community will be managed by Essential Property Management.
