Rosati’s Pizza, a Chicago family brand with locations nationwide, has opened its first Michigan location at 29854 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, near Inkster Road.
Rosati’s offers a range of pizza styles, including its traditional tavern-style thin crust, along with double dough and Chicago style deep-dish pizza. The menu also features pasta dishes, sandwiches, salads, and classic sides.
“We’re excited to introduce Rosati’s to Michigan and to be part of the Southfield community,” says Chintan Patel, owner of the Southfield location. “Rosati’s Pizza has a long history rooted in quality ingredients and family recipes, and it’s something I’ve always appreciated.
“Bringing that experience here and giving people a chance to try it for the first time is incredibly rewarding. We’re looking forward to welcoming guests and becoming part of the community.”
Rooted in five generations of Italian family recipes, Rosati’s says it prides itself on its commitment to quality and consistency. Each menu item reportedly is crafted using time-honored techniques and high-quality ingredients, from dough made fresh daily to sauce built from vine-ripened tomatoes.
The brand’s signature Italian sausage, for example, is seasoned with a blend of fennel, pepper, and herbs, while its cheese is aged to deliver the flavor and texture that define a true Chicago pizza experience, according to the company.
To celebrate the opening, the Southfield location — which also offers carryout, delivery, and catering — will give away free slices of pizza from 1-3 p.m. on Friday, May 1 (limit one slice per person).
The establishment will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. For more information, visit here or call 947-217-4500.
