With Halloween around the corner, US Ghost Adventures in Orlando has announced the addition of haunted tours in 15 new cities, including Detroit.

Around the country, the company provides ghost tours, haunted pub crawls, and overnight stays in historic and haunted homes. With the new tours, US Ghost Adventures now operates in 80 cities.

In Detroit, tours are available starting at $25, and participants meet every evening at 8 p.m. in front of the vacant Alhambra Building at Temple and Park streets (100 Temple St.), just north of Little Caesars Arena.

From there, the outdoor walking tour, which lasts roughly one hour, includes stops at supposedly haunted locations like the Whitney Mansion, Masonic Temple, and the Alhambra Building. Tour guides, who do not offer access to the buildings, also provide information on other spirited locations.

In addition to Detroit, new tours are available in Alabama, California, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

“Halloween season is upon us, and our goal is to provide guests with the best experiences to enjoy our favorite time of year,” says Lance Zaal, president and founder of US Ghost Adventures.

“We are intentional with each tour added to ensure it delivers on authenticity and includes unsettlingly true ghost stories based on firsthand accounts. Our tours seek to make sense of the unexplainable by showing people historic places and sharing stories of those who left their mark on them.”

The newest US Ghost Adventures locations include:

Additional tours will be offered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Omaha in the coming weeks.
