The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township has announced Powerhouse Gym is opening the company’s largest facility in the first quarter of 2025 and will be the mall’s anchor element.
“Coming on the heels of announcing new tenants like Kids Empire, Windsor, and JD Sports, we’re excited to finally announce a new anchor tenant as The Mall at Partridge Creek continues to bring on new spaces and experiences,” says Carmen Spinoso, founder and CEO of Spinoso Real Estate Group. “With a swimming pool, a basketball court, and fitness classes for all ages, the gym will offer amenities for everyone to enjoy.”
Powerhouse Gym, which was founded in Highland Park and is currently based in Birmingham, currently is renovating the space formerly occupied by Carson’s and will focus on providing a variety of fitness services to its members when it launches.
When the 120,000-square-foot Partridge Creek location opens, it will offer a variety of amenities to its members, including a swimming pool, yoga, cycling, dry sauna, basketball court, turf, track, a spin room with nightclub-style lighting, personal trainers, and fitness classes for all ages.
The club also will feature a full array of state-of-the-art equipment, including Panatta equipment imported from Italy, as well as Life Fitness, Matrix, Freemotion, Core, and Precor gear. The gym also will offer the largest free weight area in the country. William Dabish, co-founder and CEO of Powerhouse Gym, and his son, Victor are leading the design team and contractors during construction.

Powerhouse Gym will launch its youth fitness program at the new location. Tailored for a younger audience, this initiative seeks to instill the value of physical activity, nutrition, and overall well-being in the next generation.
Through a blend of engaging workouts, nutritional guidance, and fun activities, the Powerhouse Youth Fitness Program was created to not just to build stronger bodies, but to nurture healthier, more confident futures for children.
Additionally, Powerhouse Gym will unveil its new recovery and wellness area at the gym. This dedicated space is meant to ensure that Powerhouse members benefit from the latest in muscle recovery and holistic wellness, enhancing their fitness journey from start to finish.
