OneMagnify in Detroit, a global leader in advanced analytics, customer insights, and AI-powered marketing solutions, backed by private equity firm Crestview Partners, today announced it has acquired Guidance, an eCommerce agency specializing in enterprise-level digital commerce. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Los Angeles, Guidance builds customized eCommerce websites and applications for B2C and B2B brands, retailers, manufacturers, and distributors using enterprise platforms from Shopify Plus, Optimizely, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce.
