O2 Investment Partners, a private equity firm in Bloomfield Hills, has announced Straightaway Tire & Auto, a leading independent, full-service aftermarket automotive repair and service platform, has completed the acquisitions of Maple Grove Auto Service and Warzecha Auto Works. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Maple Grove is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Maple Grove, MN, market for more than four decades, and Warzecha is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Zimmerman, MN, market for 25-plus years.
