Prestige Tech Center Cadillac has moved to a new location across from the General Motors Co. Tech Center in Warren. The dealership, which is the first all new design build under Cadillac’s Project Pinnacle facility image program, brings more than $9 million in real estate and economic development investments to the city’s downtown district.

The two-story dealership, located on 4.6 acres at 29900 Van Dyke Ave., includes a new covered service drive, vehicle delivery area, Wi-Fi access, a coffee bar, as well as an expanded showroom, repair shop, customer lounge, and inventory area. An estimated 200 vehicles, including new and used models, will be displayed on the showroom’s floor.

Chosen because of the increased traffic flow at Van Dyke Avenue and I-696, the new site also features materials such as English oak, matte porcelain tile, and brushed stainless steel accents.

“Prestige Cadillac strives to provide an exceptional experience to everyone who walks through the door,” says Gregory Jackson, president and CEO of Prestige Automotive Group. “We are incredibly proud to be a member of the local Warren community.”

The new dealership will serve Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland County. Its hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Prestige Tech Center Cadillac is a member of the Prestige Automotive Group, a division of Jackson Automotive Management based in St. Clair Shores. The new development of the facility coincides with General Motor’s $1 billion investment expansion of the National Historic Tech Center Campus designed by Finnish-American architect Eero Saarinen.
