M1 Concourse in Pontiac will host the 2026 American Speed Festival from Oct. 2-4.
The festival, geared to motorsports fans, collectors, and automotive enthusiasts, brings together legendary drivers, performance vehicles, and automotive experiences for one of the country’s most immersive motorsports weekends.
Set against the backdrop of the 1.5-mile M1 Circuit and M1 Concourse’s private garage community, American Speed Festival gives guests an up-close look at historic and modern race cars, classics, and next-generation performance vehicles.
Attendees can witness high-speed exhibition laps, timed racing, drifting demonstrations, paddock access, private garage tours, food trucks, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities throughout the weekend.

The 2026 festival highlights include:
- ASF Cup — High-performance drivers will compete on the 1.5-mile M1 Circuit in a timed battle for the fastest laps.
- Ladies ROC Invitational — Five professional women in motorsports will compete over two days of racing action for the 2026 LROC title in five race prepped Lotus Emiras.
- Featuring Master of Motorsports — Chip Ganassi and Mario Andretti.
- Mario Andretti Drives the record-setting 1909 Christie Race Car around the M1 Circuit on Saturday, Oct. 3 at approximately 11:30 a.m.
- Exhibition Laps — Historic racers and modern competition vehicles will take to the M1 Circuit, giving fans a chance to experience the sound, speed, and history of motorsports.
- Drifting on Track — Stunt driver and 2024 Taurus World Stunt Award winner Ele Bardha will lead a high-energy drifting showcase on Saturday, Oct. 3.
- Garage Reveal — Guests will have rare access to select private garages at M1 Concourse on Friday, Oct. 2, featuring car collections, automotive memorabilia, and a VIP look behind the closed garage door.
- Dine & Drive — Participants will enjoy a full-day experience featuring breakfast at the M1 X Center, a guided scenic drive through Oakland County, a curated lunch, a private tour of the Jack Frost museum, a parade lap on the M1 Circuit, and an afternoon cocktail reception.
- Family-Friendly Experiences — Meet the Transformers, a dancing robot while enjoying a selection of food and drinks for purchase, automotive vendors, live entertainment, and activities designed for fans of all ages.
The festival also will feature the Checkered Flag Challenge, a corporate team-building and fundraising event supporting M1 Mobility and its mission to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals and families in Pontiac.
Event Schedule
- Dine & Drive — Friday, Oct. 2 | 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Garage Reveal — Friday, Oct. 2 | 6-9 p.m.
- American Speed Festival — Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct. 4 | 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
All events will be held at M1 Concourse, located at 1 Concourse Drive in Pontiac.
Ticket Details
- Dine & Drive: $250 per person
- Garage Reveal: $200 per person
- General Admission: $55 per person, per day
- Club M1 VIP: $300 per person, per day
Children 12 and younger are free when accompanied by a ticket holder.
M1 Concourse, which spans 87 acres, features a 28,000-square-foot event complex, a 1.5 mile closed track, 255 private garages, and a full schedule of signature events celebrating automotive culture in the Motor City.
