DQS Solutions & Staffing in Dearborn, recognized as one of Michigan’s fastest-growing companies and a leader in innovative workforce and operational solutions, has announced the acquisition of a racing team. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Josh Morris, CEO of DQS Solution, alongside Greg Fowler, CEO of J.F. Electric in Edwardsville, IL. (northwest of St. Louis), and his family, has acquired a majority ownership stake in Niece Motorsports, a prominent team in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series based in Salisbury, N.C. (northwest of Charlotte).
The acquisition provides an opportunity for DQS Solutions to build on its existing comprehensive service model, extending its influence and impact from Michigan to the national stage.

Since early 2025, DQS Solutions has provided strategic back-office support, including HR, accounting, and operational improvements.
With the new ownership structure, the partnership will expand to enhance marketing, public relations, hospitality, and full-service video production capabilities, transforming the Niece Motorsports team into a larger platform for brand partnerships and fan engagement.
The team will continue to race under the Niece Motorsports name, with newly elevated leadership: Cody Efaw as president and CEO; Amanda Efaw as chief marketing officer; and Phil Gould as director of competition. The leaders will oversee expanded racing operations and competitive strategies while preserving the team’s culture of performance and collaboration.
