JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution services worldwide, has announced the relocation of its Detroit Resolution Center.

Founded in 1979, JAMS resolves and manages tens of thousands of business and legal disputes each year by overcoming barriers at any stage of a conflict.

JAMS offers customized in-person, virtual, and hybrid resolution services locally and globally through a combination of industry-specific experience, client services, the latest technology, and highly trained mediators and arbitrators.

“Since its opening in 2017, the Detroit Resolution Center has allowed us to deepen our roots in the Midwest and strengthen client relationships here,” says Kimberly Taylor, president and CEO of JAMS.

“We’ve grown our team and capabilities substantially, and this new office will give us more room and resources to continue playing an active role in the city’s revitalization. We’re proud to invest in Detroit and excited to see what the future holds.”

The new space in Suite 1600 of the 150 W. Jefferson Ave. building offers 15 conference rooms to support the needs of clients, attorneys, and neutrals.

Many of the conference rooms are equipped with technology to support virtual and hybrid proceedings, including microphones, ergonomic chairs, Zoom televisions, scheduling panels, wireless printing, and power outlets in the conference room tables.

Select conference rooms also have enhanced security features to help keep documents secure.
