Ford Motor Co. in Dearborn has created a one-of-a-kind Bronco Sasquatch Searcher SUV to help one lucky Bronco fan with everything they need to find the legendary Bigfoot. The Ford Bronco Sasquatch Searcher sweepstakes starts today on the Ford Bronco Instagram account.
To win the vehicle, participants will have to solve mystery clues across social media, Reddit, and out in the wild. Posters and street signs in prime Sasquatch-tracking locations will have a phone number that participants can text for answers to clues that will guide them on their quest.
The successful Sasquatch seeker will win a one-of-a-kind Bronco SUV with the following modifications to help in the hunt for Bigfoot:
- Tree camo exterior wrap to blend in with surroundings as you track.
- A roof-mounted lightbar with hood-mounted light pods: for tracking in the dark.
- Supplemental front and rear-facing cameras and screens to help spot Sasquatch.
- Custom upholstered interior for long tracking sessions.
- An awning and custom camping chairs for when exploring becomes exhausting.
- A unique console badge and sill plates.
- And a custom Sasquatch badge and puddle light.
For those that don’t win, Ford offers the Sasquatch package on all Bronco trims and on the 2025 Bronco Sport Outer Banks and Badlands. Customers can visit the Ford Bronco Instagram page to learn more.
In Related Ford News: The automaker is introducing the latest version of Ford BlueCruise software — BlueCruise 1.4.
Improvements include:
- Enhancements that automatically and smoothly adjust the vehicle’s speed in curves, helping the driver to stay engaged in hands-free mode longer and experience a more continuous drive.
- Greater in-lane stability unlocked by an all-new motion controller, which controls the vehicle’s steering, helping reduce the ‘side-to-side’ movement within the lane.
- Longer hands-free engagement than prior versions when in diverse driving conditions due to inclement weather like rain or direct sun.
“We are on a journey to continue to improve the hands-free highway driving experience to keep customers engaged hands-free mode without interruptions, that would require the driver to put their hands on the wheel,” says Sammy Omari, executive director of advanced driver assist systems technology at Ford.
“BlueCruise 1.4 improves the hands-free highway drive time in a variety of driving conditions such as around a tight curve, in a narrow lane, during inclement weather or the reflection of the sun on the vehicle’s sensors.”
