Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm in Farmington Hills, has launched two new entities — Apex Wall & Finish, a drywall and finishing company, and Apex Circuitry, an electrical services company. Both businesses are designed to complement Apex Mechanical Solutions.

Founded by Farbman Group in 2021, Apex Mechanical Solutions provides full-service HVAC and plumbing solutions for commercial and residential buildings across the Midwest.

Apex Wall & Finish services include wall repair, finishing, and interior painting. Apex Circuitry offers electrical repair, installation, and upgrades, all in compliance with the National Electrical Code and applicable state requirements.

Apex Circuitry will be led by Steve Cushion as electrical service manager, who brings more than 15 years of experience in electrical operations, project management, and field supervision. He is a licensed master electrician, electrical contractor, and registered code official and inspector.

“The addition of Apex Wall & Finish and Apex Circuitry reflects our commitment to investing in the skilled trades at a time when the industry is facing unprecedented workforce challenges,” says Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group.

“These companies not only expand the specialized services available through the Apex platform, but also help bridge a growing talent gap that is impacting construction and property operations across the country. By strengthening our in-house capabilities, we’re better positioned to provide faster, more reliable service while creating meaningful career opportunities in essential trades.”

Both companies are actively hiring technicians, with the goal of adding two at each company by the end of the year. The companies build upon Apex Mechanical Solutions, which offers HVAC, plumbing, and water heating services.

Plans for both new businesses are to expand further into the Midwest in the coming years.
