Detroit-based Benzinga announced five new tie-ups that will help the business-focused news and information service expand its coverage, plus it’s adding a new capability.

Benzinga is introducing expected guidance records on its Guidance Calendar API, providing earlier insight into a company’s forthcoming earnings and revenue expectations.

The company is collaborating with Connect Trade, an API-first connectivity layer for retail brokers and trading platforms in Chicago, to make Benzinga’s content easier to access across is ecosystem of trading platforms.

Connect Trade will incorporate Benzinga content directly into its user experiences by supporting use cases such as in-app news feeds, opinions on bull vs. bear investor sentiment, and more. The information is said to be valuable for international brokers and fintechs wanting to offer U.S. market access but lacking the in-house resources to manage multiple data and brokerage integrations.

Benzinga also is working with two New York-based companies: Options Flow and Nordot. Options Flow is making the Detroit company’s institutional-grade market signals available to traders. Benzinga’s Unusual Options Activity API will be embedded in Option Flow’s tools.

The Detroit financial news group is expanding its relationship with Nordot. Through the deal, Nordot customers can integrate Benzinga APIs directly into news platforms, mobile feeds and aggregation “environments.” It allows for the easy deployment of data-driving financial content quickly while maintaining metadata reliability and upholding editorial standards.

Benzinga also is expanding its influence among investors in Saudi Arabia through two new deals. First, it is partnering with Abyan Capital, a Saudi-based digital wealth platform aimed at the “next generation of investors.” The platform will integrate select Benzinga data products to help deliver timely market insights that are actionable.

As part of the agreement, Abyan Capital has licensed Benzinga’s Analyst Ratings, Corporate Logos, and Why Is It Moving (WIIM) content, available in both English and Arabic. Similarly, Awaed, a mobile-first investor platform also based in Saudi Arabia, has integrated Benzinga’s real-time financial news as well as its WIIM content for its users.

Pairing Benzinga’s market coverage with Awaed’s commission-free trading, diversified investment products, and Shariah-compliant framework supports Awaed’s mission to democratize access to both global and local markets.
