Danlaw Inc., a provider of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology in Novi, has acquired Australia-based Cohda Wireless, a move designed to advance connected vehicle safety and smart city solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cohda also supplies “cutting-edge” V2X technology solutions. The acquisition reflects a commitment to innovation and a shared vision of creating a more connected and safer future for vehicles, cities, and underground mining operations, according to Danlaw.
