VASA Fitness has announced it will open its first club in Michigan in Dearborn on Sept. 26, marking the Colorado-based company’s continued expansion across the Midwest.
Located at 23000 Michigan Avenue, east of W. Outer Drive, the 58,300-square-foot location will bring VASA’s full-service fitness experience to residents of Dearborn and surrounding communities. The new facility created approximately 50 new jobs.
Members will have access to a broad range of strength and cardio equipment, coach-led classes, wellness amenities, and recovery experiences designed to support a variety of fitness goals and routines.

The Dearborn club will feature an expanded strength training suite with a wide selection of upper- and lower-body equipment, giving members greater variety and more ways to build strength. The equipment lineup includes Life Fitness, Matrix, Booty Builder, and Arsenal Strength, alongside free weights, dedicated cardio equipment, and Group Fitness.
Members also will have access to VASA’s three signature Studio concepts:
- Studio HIIT — high-intensity interval training workouts
- Studio LFT — progressive strength training
- Studio Flow — infrared yoga
Beyond training, the club will offer a three-lane indoor pool along with an enhanced recovery suite featuring a hot tub and a cold plunge, steam and sauna rooms, massage chairs, and red-light therapy.
Together, the expanded strength equipment, STUDIO classes, and recovery amenities give members more ways to train, recover, and build a fitness routine that works for them.
VASA’s arrival in Dearborn is the first step in the company’s growth in Michigan and reflects its continued investment in bringing its fitness experience to new communities.
A second Michigan location in Livonia is expected to open later in 2026, further expanding VASA’s presence in the state. An address was not provided.
VASA Fitness has more than 70 operating locations across Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.
